The Platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill — at any point during a Player's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 1xbad. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. 1xbad will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.
You must notify 1xbad immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 1xbad reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
In compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, 1xbad applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. Verification documents may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or at any time at the Platform's discretion. Accepted documents for Pakistani players include a valid CNIC, Pakistani passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank statement for address and payment method verification.
All transactions on 1xbad are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 1xbad's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the date of the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 1xbad's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
